Casa Relvas Syrah Sem Cor Branco is a blanc‑de‑noir that showcases the Syrah grape in its most elegant expression. In the nose it presents fresh notes of peach, apricot, green apple, pear and citrus, layered with delicate floral nuances. On the palate it delivers a balanced acidity, a mineral edge and a hint of salinity. Hand‑harvested, the grapes are gently pressed without skin contact. Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures (15–18 °C) lasts 10 to 15 days, followed by a four‑month “sur lie” maturation that imparts complexity and a refined texture. Casa Relvas is a family‑run project that began in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas. It seeks to continue the legacy of five generations, driven by a deep passion for the Alentejo and its authentic nature. Over the years the family has grown alongside the business, and today the estate spans roughly 750 hectares of wooded pasture, 225 hectares of olive grove, and 350 hectares of vineyard, all produced under 100 % integrated management. With the three properties—Herdade de São Miguel, Herdade da Pimenta, and Herdade de São Miguel de Machede—Casa Relvas can produce about 6 million bottles of wine annually, 70 % of which are destined for the international market, making the wines available in more than 30 countries worldwide, offering the best of the Alentejo.
