Blending Touriga Nacional, Pinot Noir and Syrah, it delivers a distinctly Atlantic complexity, alongside bright red fruit notes and a subtle grace from French oak. The extended 10-month aging, including bâtonnage, results in a luxuriously smooth texture and a refreshing maritime acidity – truly remarkable, and utterly delicious with fresh seafood or a delightful salmoura.
