The Casal Ventozela Alvarinho 2025 is a white DOC Vinho Verde produced in the Monção e Melgaço region. Made from the Alvarinho grape, it stands out for its freshness, elegance and aromatic intensity. On the nose it offers citrus and tropical aromas such as lime, peach and passion‑fruit, accompanied by delicate floral and mineral notes. On the palate it is balanced and enveloping, with excellent acidity, solid structure and a fresh, lingering finish. It pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish, sushi or light dishes, and is also an excellent choice as an aperitif.
