Older wine bottles may exhibit dust traces and damaged labels, which is to be expected given their age. The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands and regions that, by nature, reveal distinct characteristics in old wine tastings. However, we inform that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even within a bottle, aromas evolve in different ways. Thus, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years sealed.
