The National Wine Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that, by default, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism that, even inside a bottle, its aromas are subject to various evolutions when exposed to time. Thus, the National Wine Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
