This white wine, styled after Burgundy, offers a long journey, power, freshness and complexity. Casar de Burbia’s winemaker, Isidro Fernández, has achieved a mineral‑laden Godello profile, ideal for drinking now or ageing for several years. The wine always finishes in the blink of an eye, as its sales in Spain are limited to just a few thousand bottles. In the 2022 harvest it was renamed, having been awarded the Vinho de Terroir classification.
