The Durienses wines of Rui Roboredo Madeira are produced in the cellar located in São João da Pesqueira, where everything began in 1999. The first wine released was under the brand Castello D'Alba, which is still sold today. In one of the most remote areas of the Iberian Peninsula, in the rural zone between the Upper Douro and the Beira Alta, Rui Roboredo Madeira’s passion for the aromas and scents of the land that shape his character was born. After years of experience and living in other parts of the world, Rui brings back to his roots what he has learned, launching a personal wine‑making project that always respects nature to the fullest.
