Description

This Castelmor, hailing from the Alentejo, is a remarkably contemplative white. After just ten days ageing in stainless steel, carefully temperature-controlled, it delivers a vibrant citrus hue and a bouquet hinting at the unique characteristics of its terroir – think wildflowers mingling with fresh fruit. The palate exhibits a surprisingly firm structure, a refreshing burst of acidity, and a pleasingly dry finish. We’d recommend pairing it with grilled fish or roasted chicken with aromatic herbs.
