Garrafeira Nacional commits to storing all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, but it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that, in general, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even within a bottle its aromas evolve in different ways. Accordingly, Garrafeira Nacional cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe beforehand, as this will help release its natural aromas after many years of closure.
