Description

It is a light, fresh white wine with a complex aromatic profile and a long, persistent finish. The 2023 vintage is a pale yellow, delicate, elegant, mineral and floral wine; on the palate these qualities are confirmed by notes of yellow fruit such as peach and pineapple, paired with subtle hints of toasted wood, resulting in a firm, very fresh, mineral, long and complex finish. It has good bottle‑aging potential, developing additional complexity over time with dried‑fruit nuances. Pair it with soups, fish dishes or more seasoned fare; its body and aromatic depth also make it a good match with Azeitão cheese, offering a contrast of flavours, served at 10–12 °C.
