Vinification: Fermented with yeast in mechanical vats with a controlled temperature between 22 °C and 25 °C. Before bottling it aged for 12 months in national oak barrels. Suggestions: pairs well with roasted or stewed meat dishes, aged cheeses, cured and smoked meats. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature fluctuations. The bottle should be opened half an hour before serving and the wine decanted. Serve at a temperature between 18 °C and 20 °C. Consume in moderation.
