The National Cellar stores all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but always preserves the visual appearance that comes with age. We select brands and regions that normally reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we must note that wine is a living organism that, even within a bottle, evolves over time. Consequently, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. We recommend opening the bottle and letting the wine aerate first, which helps release its natural aromas after so many years sealed.
