The nose reveals notes of pineapple and peach, underpinned by a sophisticated touch of linden blossom, and bright citrus accents. On the palate, it’s refreshingly creamy, but the acidity, characteristic of Bical grapes and the Bairrada terroir, provides a fantastic structure and a long, satisfying finish – absolutely ideal with shellfish or grilled white fish.
