Old wine bottles may exhibit dust residues and damaged labels, as expected from their age. The National Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, yet it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance that comes with age. We select brands/regions that, by default, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we note that wine is a living organism that, even when sealed, has aromas that evolve over time. Thus, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe first, as this will help release its natural aromas after many years of being sealed.
