Born from vines planted way back in 1961 on the Setúbal Peninsula, this wine is a true testament to generations of patient craftsmanship. Initially, you’ll pick up delicate notes of white flowers and a whisper of vanilla, hinting at a remarkably refined maturity. On the palate, it’s wonderfully refreshing, mirroring the Atlantic breezes that caress the vines at 150 metres – a truly evocative experience. And the minerality? It’s all thanks to those rich iron and schist soils, making it absolutely perfect with some freshly caught seafood.
