This Haton Rosé bursts onto the scene with a colour so vibrant, it’s practically stolen a little Provençal sunshine. You’re greeted with aromas of raspberry and strawberry, playfully underpinned by a hint of orange peel – a charming touch from the Chardonnay, of course. On the palate, the refreshing acidity of the Pinot Noir beautifully balances a generous character, perfect alongside a good Iberian ham.
