From the left bank of the Vallée de la Marne, this champagne reserve is made from the first press or cuvée of the must. It is aged for a minimum of 30 months on the lees and is highlighted by its citrus notes of grapefruit and kaffir lime. It has excellent acidity and a chalky saltiness on the palate. It earned a star in the Hachette des Vins guide.
