Famille Perrin is the leading organic wine producer in the Southern Rhône Valley, where they occupy the finest terroirs. Their values have earned them a worldwide reputation for excellence: absolute respect for the soil, a commitment to manual methods, and a deep conviction that organic viticulture is the only way to express the true essence of the terroir. The combination of talent within the family ensures the continuation of their unique expertise. Nature and tradition guide the Perrin family’s approach, which has continued seamlessly over five generations. The earliest evidence of Château de Beaucastel, as it exists today, dates back to the 16th century. Purchased in 1549 by Pierre de Beaucastel, the estate remains in the Perrin family’s hands. The château covers a total area of 130 hectares, of which only 100 hectares are planted with the vines that give rise to its wines Château de Beaucastel (Châteauneuf‑de‑Pape) and Coudoulet de Beaucastel (Côtes‑du‑Rhône).
