It is no coincidence that Famille Perrin is the leading organic wine producer in the Southern Rhône Valley, where they occupy the finest terroirs in the region. Their values have earned them a worldwide reputation for excellence: absolute respect for the soil, a commitment to manual methods, and a deep conviction that organic viticulture is the only way to express the true essence of the terroir. Moreover, the combination of talent within the family ensures the continuation of their unique expertise. Nature and tradition are the keys to the Perrin family’s path, and this approach has continued smoothly for five generations. We can find the earliest evidence of the existence of Château de Beaucastel as it stands today, dating back to the 16th century. Purchased in 1549 by Pierre de Beaucastel, it is now the Perrin family that continues the estate’s history. Château de Beaucastel covers a total area of 130 hectares, but only 100 hectares are planted with vines that produce its wines Château de Beaucastel (Châteauneuf-du-Pape) and Coudoulet de Beaucastel (Côtes-du-Rhône).
