Château Minuty 281 Provence Tinto

Description

Château Minuty 281 is a bright, crystalline rosé made from Grenache and Syrah grapes. On the nose it is delicate, revealing subtle aromas of citrus and exotic fruits with a slight floral hint. In the mouth it is structured, lively, and elegant, with floral and spice notes combined with some saltiness and minerality, and a very long finish. The Château Minuty vineyards are remarkably well positioned, with excellent exposure on the slopes of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the bay of Saint‑Tropez. The estate covers about 75 hectares of vines, of which 45 hectares are planted continuously on chernozem and limestone soils, 20 hectares on limestone soils, and the remainder on the slopes of Val de Rians in Ramatuelle, with a magnificent view of the Bay of Pamplona. These 75 hectares benefit from a temperate maritime climate, giving the wines a fresh, iodised, and gratifyingly fruit‑laden character. (illustrative image)
