“This wine tells a quiet story of its vineyards – the Tête de Bélier from Château Puech-haut. The Viognier, predictably, delivers those lovely floral notes, echoing the stony slopes where it’s born, while the Grenache adds a welcome burst of red fruit. It’s a wine brimming with character, a true reflection of this region’s distinctiveness and the people who nurture it. We reckon it’d be superb with some freshly grilled fish or, perhaps, a delicately shredded wild duck.”
