Description

This wine is the jewel of Chivite’s Chardonnay, fermented on its lees in French oak barrels. Regarded by many connoisseurs as one of Spain’s best whites, it offers a captivating, intense aroma and a fresh, vibrant, and light palate. It also excels in bottle ageing and is suitable for vegans. According to its creator, winemaker David González, it is a “voluptuous Chardonnay on the palate, tasty and eternal, with well‑adjusted acidity, a long finish and great aromatic complexity.”
