It delivers a pleasant character, boasting intense herbal aromas alongside balanced structure on the palate. As the name suggests, it pairs beautifully with a cheese board, and complements well grilled prawns and pan-fried squid, alongside white fish and summer salads, best enjoyed at 10-12°C.
