Following a meticulous selection, the must was handled with the seriousness a wine demands – decanted at a cool temperature and fermented for six days at 18°C. The result is a white wine, awarded bronze at the International du Vin 2012, that thankfully lived up to its potential. Perfect with freshly grilled fish or light salads.
