This Código Granius, a white wine from the Dão, is a statement of intent – lean and refreshing. Initially, the palate reveals a Bical that’s certainly not shy, underpinned by an acidity the critic aptly calls “the pillar” upon which the wine is built. A truly brilliant pairing would be with delicate white fish, or perhaps even a light chicken dish.
