Description

**Brejinho da Costa** The reflection of the sun on the sea, the scent of wet sand, and the sea breeze sweeping across the vineyard inspired the creation of the Brejinho Da Costa Comendador Costa wine. Its elegance and complexity, and its soft, fresh embrace on the palate, offer a unique expression of the vineyard. It is a fresh wine of great elegance, showing an open colour and an intense aromatic complexity. On the palate it is long, with very velvety tannins that contribute to a well-structured wine, with mineral notes, in a very long and rich ensemble of great intensity and persistence. The wine is made from grapes harvested and hand-selected, going straight to the winery, where they were gently pressed to preserve all the varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 24°C and 26°C, to preserve all of its elegance and aromatic characteristics, followed by 24 months of ageing in new French oak barrels.
