A wine that expresses the family's terroirs in harmony: the meeting of the crisp Vila Nova de Milfontes with the generous sun of Vidigueira. Alvarinho, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscatel are born in the cool sands of the Atlantic coast. The Viognier comes from the inland vineyards of Vidigueira. The harvest is done manually and always takes place at night. The wines ferment spontaneously with wild yeasts, following a low‑intervention philosophy also in the cellar. The ageing takes place for 18 months in stainless‑steel tanks, with fine lees.
