From vineyards planted on the cool sands of the Atlantic coast: Alvarinho (75 %) and Loureiro (25 %). The grapes were hand‑picked during a nighttime harvest. After selecting the bunches, the pressing was performed, followed by a 24‑hour cold decantation period. Fermentation was spontaneous, and the wines were aged separately: the Alvarinho in a 2000‑liter Slovenian foudre and the Loureiro in a 500‑liter used oak barrel for 10 months. After this, a second blending stage was carried out in stainless steel, with fine lees, for eight months.
