This wine was produced exclusively from Syrah grapes. The grapes were carefully selected for their optimal ripeness. They were fermented without skins, at controlled temperatures, and with regular destemming, and underwent an extended skin maceration period to enhance fruit aromas and achieve a good balance and tannin structure. The wine was aged for seven months in French oak barrels (90%) and American oak (10%) until bottling. It offers aromas of plum, red and blue berry fruit, with well‑integrated wood spice notes. It is rich on the palate, with smooth fruit, very balanced and deep. It contains sulfites.
