You’ll find a beautiful interplay of citrus notes and ripe white stone fruit, subtly enhanced by the oak ageing. It’s a genuinely refreshing wine with a long, refined finish. Absolutely brilliant with grilled fresh fish or a roast chicken infused with herbs – a classic pairing, really.
