The company found success in the first half of the twentieth century, thanks to the vision and managerial acumen of Constantino de Almeida and his successors. The brand is now recognised for the quality of its famous brandy, which has expanded widely across Portugal and beyond. The purity and authenticity of the aguardiente that gives rise to Constantino brandy, aged for six months in the finest woods, are the main features of its excellence.
