This Argentine “Cabernet” is a genuinely delightful surprise – a testament to the passion for Cabernet Sauvignon blossoming far from Bordeaux. It’s got a wonderfully vibrant acidity, very much reflecting the Argentinian terroir, alongside ripe red fruit and a familiar herbaceous lift. The Decanter Argentina silver medal certainly backs up the potential, and it’s a wine with enough body to be absolutely brilliant with a perfectly grilled steak or roasted lamb.
