This rosé from Cuatro Pasos is made exclusively with Mencía, the undisputed queen of the Bierzo DO. The grapes are rigorously selected by plot, choosing the most vigorous ones, where the foliage shields the grapes from direct sun exposure, thereby preserving their freshness and characteristic aromas. To achieve this, an early harvest and a very careful vinification are carried out, resulting in a rosé with intense aromas of red fruit and flowers.
