This Curral Telles Zeta, born from the high vineyards of Méda (650 metres), certainly seems to have a story to tell. The completely spontaneous fermentation in concrete hints at a rather liberated spirit, while the 18 months ageing in used French oak barrels promise an elegant smoothness. A blend of grapes, of course, ensures a complex profile – perfect alongside a hearty game dish or a beautifully slow-cooked beef.
