“This Curvas Único is a delightfully audacious blend – a mix of three Chardonnays and two Alvarinho grapes (2016 and 2017, naturally!), that certainly doesn’t shy away from the typical freshness of Vinho Verde. The result is a wine brimming with minerality, seemingly sprung from the very stones of the region, and with an acidity that’ll have you doing a little jig on your palate. Expect notes of sea buckthorn, citrus, and a hint of smoke and bakery – it’s a real invitation to travel. Having been awarded Grandes Escolhas, you can be sure this wine has plenty more to reveal. Wonderful with grilled fresh fish or a selection of soft cheeses.”
