This Curvos Pet Nat certainly seems to have pulled a few tricks before finally shining. Predominantly made with Loureiro and a touch of Fernão Pires, it delivers a burst of freshness, with hints of yellow apple and lime that remarkably survived the bottle fermentation. A pleasant fizz and a particularly flavourful finish – unfiltered, of course – suggest this is a wine for those who appreciate the raw, authentic character of Vinho Verde, ideal with grilled fish or shellfish.
