Description

Dalva Os Vintage undergo an initial aging of two and a half years before bottling, and typically require bottle aging of at least three to four years before serving, with an additional ten to thirty years on average before reaching the age considered ideal for appreciating their evolution and complexity. As they age, the bouquet becomes more balanced, complex, and highly distinctive, offering a rainbow of flavors such as candied fruit, chocolate, cinnamon, cocoa, and coffee.
