Description

Dalva Os Vintage undergoes an initial aging period of two and a half years before bottling and typically requires additional bottle aging of at least three to four years before serving, and an average of ten to thirty more years before reaching an age considered optimal for appreciating its evolution and complexity. As the wine ages, its bouquet becomes more balanced, complex, and distinct, offering a rainbow of flavors such as compote fruits, chocolate, cinnamon, cocoa, and coffee.
