Dalva Port from a single vintage of the year. Instead of indicating age as a tawny blend (10, 20, 30, 40…), the year is always listed on the label. They should not be confused with Vintage Port. Because a “Colheita” must be aged for at least seven years in oak barrels (although, of course, the complexity, aroma, and refined flavours cannot match those of an older “Colheita”, such as a rare 1952 Golden Branco “Colheita” bottled in 2009—57 years in French oak barrels).
