The National Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance that reflects their age. We typically select brands/regions that excel in old‑wine tastings. However, wine is a living organism, exposed to time, and even inside a bottle its aromas evolve. We recommend opening and letting the bottle breathe beforehand to release the natural aromas after so many years closed.
