The indigenous Nacional grape takes the credit for preserving its soul, but acknowledges that wine, as a living organism, evolves with age, releasing aromas you might not anticipate. We suggest a slow opening, allowing the lees to express themselves with grace, and a thoughtful food pairing to really unlock the complexity of this elegant Alentejo wine.
