The National Wine Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance that reflects their age. We select brands/regions that, in general, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism that, even when sealed in a bottle, is subject to various evolutions over time. Therefore, the National Wine Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe beforehand, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
