This Dom Vicente Encruzado Talha is a wonderfully restrained tribute to minerality – think bright slate and granite notes, very much in the spirit of its ancestral Encruzado variety. The lively acidity perfectly balances the inherent mineral character, recalling the Dão’s granite slopes. Seriously, it’s begging for a beautiful grilled white fish to really sing.
