Dom Vicente red comes from the estate’s old vines, giving the wine an intense ruby hue and aromas of ripe red fruit blended with floral and woodland nuances. It also offers balsamic notes and spices. On the palate it’s quite full‑bodied, voluminous, with naturally balanced acidity, delivering consistency, freshness and complexity to the mineral character that shines at the finish. Artemis is a wine label born in the Dão, later joined by the Algarve region, convinced that the two can complement each other. These very different regions were chosen to plant vines with the aim of merging the vast richness and quality produced in each, and a commitment to creating distinct, excellent wines that express the terroir of their estates. DOM VICENTE, the main brand, is a simple homage to the grandfather – Manuel Vicente.
