Domaine du Pégau is one of the most important and well‑known producers in Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape, in the south of the Rhône. The house dates back to the 17th century, but the Domaine itself was only established in 1987. The Ferraud family remains the sole owner that this estate has ever had and is solely responsible for the outstanding quality of its wines. A traditionalist, very conservative producer, it makes wines full of character—fabulous and impressive.
