Domaine Berthet Bondet Chalon Branco

Description

This Chalon from Domaine Berthet Bondet is surprisingly impressive for a wine with such a stellar reputation. The Pinot Noir bursts with vibrant notes of fresh red berries, underpinned by a delicate herbal character that speaks of the slatey soils of the Terrarô. That gold medal from the Decanter World Wine Awards certainly earns it its complexity – a truly worthy recognition. Absolutely divine with wild duck and dried figs – a pairing that perfectly showcases the wine’s finesse and precision.
