“From Domaine Christian Moreau Pere & Fils, this Chardonnay is the result of incredibly meticulous attention to detail – from the careful selection of the grapes to fermentation with native yeasts at a cool 20°C. The wine spends 10-12 months ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and unsurprisingly, earned a remarkable 90/100 from Tim Atkin. It’s a remarkably balanced wine with a vibrant acidity, ideal for pairing with freshly grilled fish or seafood.”
