Right then, let’s see… this family’s been puzzling over Chardonnay from Chablis since 1860, apparently convinced it’s some sort of riddle. They’ve clearly mastered the art of guarding those Vaillons, Fourchaume and other Cru’s, and the result is a white wine that’s practically screaming to be tasted. Ideal for pairing with oysters and shellfish, or just for pondering the complexities of existence – and, of course, the wine itself.
