The Domaine Leflaive is located in the village of Puligny‑Montrachet, an area renowned for producing outstanding white wines for ageing on the Côte de Beaune. The estate’s history dates back to 1920, when its founder Joseph Leflaive undertook a major restructuring of the family vineyards in Puligny. Today the estate is run by his granddaughter and heir, Anne‑Claude Leflaive, who leads the project for the rest of the family. Leflaive’s wines – and those of the region – are celebrated for their concentration and opulence, while maintaining a fine, mineral and fresh character that typifies Burgundy’s great whites.
