This rosé from Dona Ermelinda is simply breathtaking – the colour is so delicate, it’s as if it’s been brushed onto the canvas with the last of the raspberry juice. As promised, the vibrant notes of red berries sing with a freshness that truly reflects the richness of the Setúbal Peninsula. Remarkably balanced, it even took home the “Best Rosé” prize in 2022. Perfect with a bit of fresh salmon or a bright tomato and basil salad.
